George LaGrange, president and founder, graduated from Syracuse University and the University of Illinois, earning a master’s degree. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, George learned firsthand the value of insurance when his father became disabled due to an accident and his mother passed away from illness. George began his insurance career with Mutual of Omaha in February 1991, selling health, disability, and life insurance. In 1993, he obtained his Property and Casualty license and began offering all forms of insurance. His philosophy has always been to clearly explain coverage options, make thoughtful recommendations to well-informed clients, and secure the best possible premiums from highly rated insurance companies. A Melville resident since 1988, George’s family has lived in New York for over 200 years. He is married, has three children and four grandchildren, and enjoys gardening, golf, racquetball, fantasy football, hiking, and cycling.

Hayden holds licenses in personal and commercial property and casualty insurance, as well as life and health insurance. He has worked in the insurance industry in a variety of roles since 2015, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to the field. He attended the University at Albany, where he graduated with honors in Political Science in 2014. Jaime is a producer for personal and commercial lines of insurance, bringing a wide range of knowledge and skills from across the financial services spectrum. Her diverse background allows her to see the bigger picture when it comes to protecting her clients’ assets. With expertise in both personal and business insurance, Jaime excels at helping families and entrepreneurs find comprehensive coverage that fits their budget. Her approach is consultative, taking time to understand each client’s unique situation before recommending solutions. Shannon was born and raised in the state of Idaho. She spent several years traveling throughout the Northeast for work, and loved the time she spent in New York, so when she decided to change careers and go back to school, she chose to attend the New York Institute of Technology, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2017. Shannon started her career in Insurance in 2014, and quickly developed a passion for helping and educating consumers on the nuances of shopping for the right insurance policy(s) to fit their needs. “Being an Independent Insurance Broker allows me to provide a number of options for consumers through some of New York’s top A-rated companies, and have the resources to help offset rising premiums for our clients each time their policy(s) renews” says Shannon. In addition to her professional life, Shannon stays busy at home with her family of five. She loves gardening, cooking, and teaching her daughter to swim and play the piano.
